How a return works
Three steps, all online. No phone calls, no paperwork.
Open the portal
Go to our returns portal, enter your order number and email, and choose the items you'd like to return or swap.
Refund or exchange
Choose a refund, or exchange for a different size or colour of the TriXstar Altair or Europa Slides.
Send it back
Pack your shoes in their original box, attach your label, drop it off – and we'll take it from there.
Please always start your return in the portal before posting anything back, so we can track your parcel and process your refund or exchange without delay.

Not sure between two sizes? Our free SizeWise foot scan takes about a minute on your phone and recommends your TriXstar Altair size – so fewer swaps and more time training.

Return condition
- Unworn, unwashed and undamaged
- In original condition, with all original tags attached
- In the original shoe box, also undamaged and in original condition
- The box must not be marked, labelled, damaged or taped – please put your shoe box inside a separate shipping bag or box

- Swap for a different size or colour through the portal
- Exchange as many times as you need with Free Unlimited Returns coverage

Faulty or incorrect items
- Received something damaged, faulty or not what you ordered?

Common questions
What is Free Unlimited Returns?
It's optional coverage you can add at checkout for a small fee. It gives you free return shipping on your order, so a size swap or return costs you nothing extra. Coverage is valid for orders shipped to Australia, New Zealand, Switzerland, Germany, Norway, Sweden and Canada.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
With Free Unlimited Returns coverage, no – your prepaid label is included. Without coverage, return shipping is at your own cost.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes. Start an exchange in the returns portal and choose your new size. If you're unsure, try our SizeWise foot scan first.
Can I swap to a different colour?
Yes – you can exchange for another colour of the same style in the portal, subject to stock.
My shoes have been worn. Can I still return them?
Returns and exchanges must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with original tags and packaging. If you think your shoes are faulty, start a warranty claim in our Redo portal. See our Warranty page for what’s covered.
